Method
Juicing
- 1
Juice the Oranges
Cut the fresh oranges in half and use a juicer or citrus squeezer to extract the juice from each half until you have approximately 1 cup of freshly squeezed orange juice. Strain the juice through a fine mesh sieve if you prefer a pulp-free drink.
Mixing
- 2
Combine Juice and Sparkling Wine
In a large pitcher or individual glasses, pour the freshly squeezed orange juice until it fills the glass about halfway. Slowly top off each glass with the sparkling wine, pouring gently to maintain the bubbles.
Garnishing
- 3
Garnish (Optional)
If desired, float an orange slice on the rim of each glass and add a few mint leaves for a refreshing touch.
