Burger Preparation
- 1
Prepare the beef patties
In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, salt, and black pepper. Mix gently until just combined.
- 2
Form the patties
Divide the beef mixture into two equal portions and form each into a half-pound patty. Make a slight indentation in the center of each patty to help them cook evenly.
- 3
Topping Assembly
- 4
Prepare the sriracha mayo
In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise and sriracha. Mix well and set aside.
- 5
Slice the tomato
While the burgers are cooking, slice the tomato into thin rounds.
- 6
Assemble the burgers
Once the patties are cooked, place them on the bottom half of the burger buns. Top each patty with gorgonzola cheese, mixed greens, and a slice of tomato. Spread the sriracha mayo on the top half of the buns and place them on top of the assembled burgers.
