Method

Preparation of Dry Ingredients

  1. 1

    Mix Dry Ingredients

In a large bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, sugar, salt, and Fruity Pebbles until well combined.

Preparation of Wet Ingredients

  1. 2

    Mix Wet Ingredients

In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, egg, vanilla extract, and melted butter until smooth.

Combine and Cook

  1. 3

    Combine Mixtures

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined. Be careful not to overmix; it’s okay if there are a few lumps.

  2. 4

    Heat the Pan

Preheat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat. Lightly grease with butter or cooking spray.

  3. 5

    Cook Pancakes

Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, about 2-3 minutes, then flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes until golden brown.

Serving

  1. 6

    Stack and Serve

Serve the pancakes stacked three high, drizzled with maple syrup and topped with additional Fruity Pebbles to garnish.
