Prepare the Chicken
Place the chicken breasts between two pieces of plastic wrap and pound them to an even thickness of about 1/2 inch using a meat mallet.

Bread the Chicken
Dredge each chicken breast in the flour, shaking off the excess. Then dip into the beaten eggs, allowing any excess to drip off, and finally coat in breadcrumbs, pressing gently to adhere.

Fry the Chicken
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the breaded chicken cutlets and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from skillet and drain on paper towels.

Prepare Fries or Onion Rings
For fries, either bake or fry according to package instructions. For onion rings, follow the cooking instructions as well, ensuring they are golden and crispy.
