Method
Wings Preparation
- 1
Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top.
- 2
Prepare the Wings
In a large bowl, combine chicken wings, baking powder, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Toss until the wings are evenly coated.
- 3
Arrange the Wings
Place the coated wings in a single layer on the wire rack.
- 4
Bake the Wings
Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, turning halfway through, until the wings are crispy and golden brown.
- 5
Make the Sauce
In a small saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over medium heat. Add the hot sauce and stir until combined. Remove from heat.
- 6
Coat the Wings
Once the wings are done baking, transfer them to a large bowl and pour the hot sauce mixture over the wings. Toss to coat evenly.
Blue Cheese Dressing Preparation
- 7
Combine Ingredients
In a bowl, add blue cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- 8
Mix the Dressing
Using a fork or whisk, mash the blue cheese and mix all ingredients until well combined. Adjust seasoning to taste.
- 9
Chill
Cover the dressing and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
