Method
Cauliflower Preparation
- 1
Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C). This high temperature will help the cauliflower get crispy.
- 2
Prepare the Cauliflower
Remove the leaves from the cauliflower and cut it into bite-sized florets. You should have about 4-5 cups of florets.
- 3
Season the Cauliflower
In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika until evenly coated.
Buffalo Sauce
- 4
Make the Buffalo Sauce
In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Once melted, remove from heat and stir in the hot sauce until well combined.
Baking and Serving
- 5
Bake the Cauliflower
Spread the seasoned cauliflower florets in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the edges are golden brown and crispy.
- 6
Toss with Buffalo Sauce
Remove the cauliflower from the oven, and in a large bowl, toss the hot cauliflower florets with the buffalo sauce until evenly coated.
- 7
Prepare Ranch Dressing
In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, buttermilk, dill, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Adjust seasoning to taste.
- 8
Serve
Serve the buffalo cauliflower hot with the ranch dressing on the side for dipping.
