Method

Burrito Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ingredients

Chop the onion, mushrooms, tomato, and bell pepper into small pieces. Rinse and chop the spinach. If using bacon or sausage, chop into small pieces as well.

  2. 2

    Cook the Meats

In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon or sausage until it’s browned and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

  3. 3

    Sauté the Vegetables

In the same skillet, add the chopped onion and bell pepper. Sauté for 3-4 minutes until softened. Add the mushrooms and cook for another 2 minutes. Finally, add the spinach and cook until wilted.

  4. 4

    Scramble the Eggs

In a bowl, whisk the eggs and season with salt and pepper. Pour the eggs into the skillet with the sautéed vegetables and cook, stirring gently, until the eggs are just set. Stir in the cooked meat and cheese until melted.

  5. 5

    Assemble the Burritos

Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet for about 30 seconds on each side. Divide the egg mixture among the tortillas, fold in the sides, and roll up tightly.

French Fries Preparation

  1. 6

    Cook the French Fries

Preheat the oven or fryer according to the package instructions for the frozen French fries. Toss the fries in vegetable oil and salt, then spread them out in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake or fry until golden brown and crispy, about 20-25 minutes.
