Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C) to prepare for slow cooking the ribs.

In a small bowl, mix together salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Rub this seasoning mixture generously over both sides of the pork ribs.

Wrap the seasoned ribs tightly in aluminum foil and place them on a baking sheet.

Bake the wrapped ribs in the preheated oven for 2.5 to 3 hours until tender.

In a saucepan over medium heat, combine ketchup, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, mustard powder, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.

Bring the mixture to a simmer, then reduce the heat and let it cook for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally until thickened.
