For the Stuffed Shrimp

Method

Preparation of the Stuffing

  1. 1

    Mix the Stuffing Ingredients

In a large mixing bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, minced garlic, melted butter, chopped parsley, Old Bay seasoning, salt, black pepper, lemon juice, and cooked crab meat. Mix until well combined.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Shrimp

Take the peeled and deveined shrimp and gently slice the back of each shrimp to create a pocket for the stuffing. Be careful not to cut all the way through.

  3. 3

    Stuff the Shrimp

Using a spoon, carefully fill each shrimp's pocket with the prepared stuffing mixture, packing it in gently but firmly.

Baking the Stuffed Shrimp

  3. 6

    Bake the Shrimp

Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the shrimp are opaque and the stuffing is golden brown on top.

  4. 7
