Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ingredients

Slice the Toscano salami and soppressata into even pieces, roughly 1/4 inch thick. Cut the Montamore cheese into small cubes, about the same size as the salami and soppressata slices.

  2. 2

    Assemble the Skewers

Take a wooden skewer and begin assembling the antipasto skewers. Start by threading a piece of Toscano salami onto the skewer, followed by a peppadew pepper, a cube of Montamore cheese, a cornichon, and then a slice of soppressata. Repeat this process until the skewer is filled, leaving a little space at the end to hold.

Serving

  1. 3

    Plate the Skewers

Once all the skewers are assembled, arrange them on a serving platter. You can garnish with extra peppadew peppers or cornichons if desired.

  2. 4

    Enjoy

Serve the antipasto skewers immediately as a delightful appetizer or snack. Enjoy with your favorite dipping sauce or on their own!
