Prepare the Dipping Sauce
In a bowl, mix together the horseradish sauce, Korean chili paste, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sugar, and sesame oil until well combined. Set aside.

Prepare the Calamari
In a shallow dish, combine the flour, cornstarch, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

Coat the Calamari
Dredge the calamari strips in the flour mixture, ensuring they are fully coated.

Heat the Oil
In a large pot or deep fryer, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).

Fry the Calamari
Carefully add the coated calamari strips to the hot oil in small batches. Fry for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown and crispy. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.

Serve
Serve the fried calamari hot with the horseradish cocktail sauce and Korean dipping sauce on the side. Garnish with chopped green onions.
