4 – PACK OF SODA TO GO

In a medium saucepan, combine the fresh raspberries, sugar, and water. Heat over medium heat, stirring gently until the raspberries break down and the sugar is fully dissolved. This should take about 5-7 minutes.

Prepare the Raspberry Mixture

Once the raspberry mixture has thickened slightly, remove it from the heat and let it cool for a few minutes. Then, strain it through a fine mesh sieve into a bowl to remove the seeds, pressing down with a spoon to extract as much liquid as possible.

Strain the Mixture

After straining, add the fresh lime juice to the raspberry liquid and stir well to combine. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed by adding more sugar.

Mix with Lime Juice

Refrigerate the raspberry-lime mixture for at least 30 minutes to chill.

Chill the Mixture

Serve the arrow raspberry-lime mixture over ice in glasses. Garnish with fresh mint leaves and a lime wedge for presentation.

Take a tall glass and fill it with ice cubes to about halfway.

Prepare the Glass

In a separate container, combine 2 cups of soda water with 1 cup of flavored syrup. Stir gently to mix.

Pour the soda mixture over the ice cubes in the prepared glass.

If desired, add 2 tablespoons of fresh lime juice and stir to combine. Garnish with fresh mint leaves.

In a blender, combine the vanilla, chocolate, strawberry, and coffee ice creams with the milk and coffee syrup. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.

Blend the Base Ingredients

If the mixture is too thick, add a little more milk (1-2 tablespoons at a time) until you reach your desired consistency.

Adjust Consistency

Pour the blended frappe into tall glasses, filling them about three-quarters full.

Serve the Frappe

Top each frappe with a generous dollop of whipped cream. Optionally, garnish with chocolate shavings and fresh strawberry slices for added flavor and presentation.

Strawberry Slices

Rinse the fresh strawberries under cold water to remove any dirt or residue. Pat them dry with a paper towel.

Wash the Strawberries

Using a paring knife, carefully cut off the green tops of the strawberries.

Slice the strawberries into halves or quarters, depending on your preference.

In a medium bowl, combine the sliced strawberries, granulated sugar, honey, and fresh lemon juice. Gently toss until the strawberries are evenly coated.

Let the mixture sit for about 10-15 minutes to allow the strawberries to release their juices and the flavors to meld.

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x9 inch baking pan.

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt until well combined.

In another bowl, beat the eggs and then add the milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract. Mix well until fully combined.

Fold in the semi-sweet chocolate chips into the batter until evenly distributed.

Split the vanilla beans lengthwise with a sharp knife and scrape out the seeds. Reserve both the seeds and the pods for infusion.

Prepare the Vanilla Beans

In a saucepan, combine the milk, heavy cream, granulated sugar, and the scraped vanilla seeds along with the pods. Heat over medium heat until the mixture is hot but not boiling, stirring occasionally.

In a separate bowl, whisk the egg yolks until they are pale and slightly thickened.

Once the milk mixture is hot, slowly pour about half of it into the bowl with the egg yolks, whisking constantly to temper the yolks and prevent them from curdling.

Pour the tempered yolk mixture back into the saucepan with the remaining milk mixture. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens and coats the back of a spoon (about 5-8 minutes).

Remove the saucepan from heat and strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a clean bowl to remove the vanilla pods and any curdled egg bits.

Stir in the vanilla extract and pinch of salt into the strained mixture.

Let the vanilla base cool to room temperature, then cover and refrigerate until completely chilled (at least 4 hours or overnight).

Once chilled, the vanilla base can be used as a custard, ice cream base, or flavoring for other desserts. Enjoy!

Thoroughly wash all the vegetables under running water. Cut the tomatoes, carrots, celery, cucumber, red bell pepper, and spinach into smaller pieces to facilitate blending.

In a blender, combine the prepared tomatoes, carrots, celery, cucumber, spinach, and red bell pepper. Blend until smooth. You may need to do this in batches if your blender is small.

Juicing

Once the vegetable mixture is blended to a smooth consistency, add the lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Blend again until well combined.

Taste the juice and adjust any seasonings to your preference. You can add more salt, pepper, or hot sauce if desired.

If you prefer a smoother juice, strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth to remove pulp.

Pour the V8 juice into glasses and serve chilled. Enjoy immediately, or refrigerate for up to 3 days.

Once the milk is warm, whisk in the cocoa and sugar mixture until fully dissolved. Continue to whisk until the mixture is smooth and well combined.

Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.

Pour the chocolate milk into a large glass or two smaller glasses.

If desired, top the chocolate milk with whipped cream, drizzle with chocolate syrup, and sprinkle chocolate shavings on top before serving.
