Cook the Beef
In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef. Cook until browned and no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat.

Season the Beef
Add taco seasoning to the cooked beef along with 1/4 cup of water. Stir well and let simmer for about 5 minutes until thickened.

Prepare Rice and Beans
In a separate bowl, combine cooked rice and black beans. Mix well.

Fill the Tortilla
Lay a large flour tortilla on a flat surface. Spoon a generous amount of the beef mixture in the center, followed by a scoop of the rice and bean mixture.

Add Toppings
Sprinkle shredded cheese over the filling, and add a dollop of sour cream and salsa on top.

Wrap the Burrito
Fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll from the bottom up to form a burrito. Ensure it is tightly wrapped.

Heat the Burritos (Optional)
If desired, place the wrapped burritos seam-side down in a skillet over medium heat. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
