Vegetables Preparation

Prepare the Vegetables
Wash and chop the bell peppers, broccoli, carrots, snow peas, and zucchini into bite-sized pieces.

Make the Sauce
In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, cornstarch, and water until smooth.
Stir-Frying

Stir-Fry the Vegetables
In a large skillet or wok, heat a tablespoon of oil over medium-high heat. Add the chopped vegetables and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until they are tender but still crisp.

Add the Sauce
Pour the prepared sauce over the stir-fried vegetables. Stir well to coat the vegetables in the sauce and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
