A truly unique fruit bearing pasta dish. Ricotta cheese filled tortellini, pineapple, bananas, grapes and green onion simmered in a white wine sauce that must be experienced.

Prepare the Pasta

Cook the Tortellini
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the ricotta cheese tortellini and cook according to package instructions until al dente, usually around 4-5 minutes. Drain and set aside.
Prepare the Sauce

Sauté Aromatics
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped green onions and minced garlic. Sauté for about 2-3 minutes until fragrant.

Add Fruits
Add the diced pineapple, sliced bananas, and halved grapes to the skillet. Cook for another 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally until the fruits begin to soften.

Deglaze with Wine
Pour in the white wine and bring the mixture to a simmer. Let it cook for about 5 minutes until the wine reduces slightly.

Finish the Sauce
Stir in the heavy cream, salt, and black pepper. Allow the sauce to simmer for an additional 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently until it thickens slightly.
Combine and Serve

Add the cooked tortellini to the skillet and gently toss to coat the pasta with the sauce and fruits.
