Creamy Garlic Sauce

Cooking Pasta

Cook the Penne Pasta
In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add 8 cups of penne pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain the pasta and set aside.
Cooking Shrimp

Sauté the Shrimp
In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat. Add 1 pound of large shrimp and cook for 3-4 minutes, or until they turn pink and opaque. Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set aside.
Making the Creamy Garlic Sauce

Prepare the Sauce
In the same skillet, melt 4 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add 4 minced garlic cloves and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Pour in 1 cup of heavy cream and stir to combine.

Add Cheese and Seasoning
Gradually whisk in 1 cup of grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Season the sauce with 1 teaspoon of salt and 1 teaspoon of black pepper.
Combining Ingredients

Combine Pasta, Shrimp, and Sauce
Add the cooked penne pasta and sautéed shrimp to the skillet with the creamy garlic sauce. Toss everything together until well coated, and heat through for a couple of minutes.

Garnish and Serve
Serve the shrimp pasta warm, garnished with 2 tablespoons of chopped parsley. Enjoy your delicious shrimp pasta!
