Preparation

  1. 1

    Cook the Spaghetti

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the spaghetti and cook according to package instructions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Marinara Sauce

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.

  3. 3

    Add Tomatoes and Herbs

Stir in the diced tomatoes, oregano, basil, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper. Cook for about 5 minutes until the tomatoes start to break down.

  4. 4

    Add Seafood

Gently fold in the diced clams, shrimp, and crab meat. Cook for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the shrimp are pink and the seafood is heated through.

  5. 5

    Finishing Touches

Stir in the sliced green onions and adjust seasoning to taste. Remove from heat.

Serving

  1. 6

    Combine and Serve

Toss the cooked spaghetti with the seafood marinara sauce until well combined. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
