Pasta Preparation

Cook the Pasta
In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the penne pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Season the Chicken
In a mixing bowl, coat the chicken breasts with jerk seasoning and 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Ensure the chicken is evenly covered with the spice mix.

Cook the Chicken
In a skillet over medium heat, add the marinated chicken breasts and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked and juices run clear. Remove from heat and slice into strips.

Sauté Vegetables
In the same skillet, add 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Sauté the diced onion and minced garlic until translucent, about 3-4 minutes. Then add the sliced bell pepper and cook for an additional 2 minutes.

Make the Creamy Sauce
Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and black pepper. Allow the sauce to thicken slightly, about 5 minutes.

Add the cooked penne pasta and sliced jerk chicken to the skillet with the creamy sauce. Toss everything together until the pasta and chicken are well coated with the sauce.
