Prepare the Broth

In a pot, combine water, sesame paste, soy sauce, and chili oil. Bring to a simmer over medium heat.

Cook the Pork

In a skillet, heat a small amount of oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and ginger, and sauté until fragrant. Add ground pork and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks. Season with salt to taste.

Cook the Noodles

In another pot, cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Assemble the Bowl

In serving bowls, divide the cooked noodles. Pour the sesame broth over the noodles, then top with the spicy ground pork. Garnish with chopped green onions, roasted onion chips, and a piece of roasted seaweed.
