Cooking Instructions
Prepare the Ingredients
Gather all ingredients. If using pork or beef, slice into thin strips. If using shrimp, devein and remove shells.
Cook the Protein
Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the protein and stir-fry until cooked through (about 3-5 minutes for pork or beef, 2-3 minutes for shrimp). Remove from skillet and set aside.
Stir-Fry the Vegetables
In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of vegetable oil. Add the onion, cabbage, carrots, and snow peas. Stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
Combine and Finish
Add the bean sprouts and cooked protein back into the skillet. Stir in the yakisoba noodles, soy sauce, mirin, salt, and pepper. Toss everything together and stir-fry for an additional 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through.
Serve
Remove from heat and serve hot. Enjoy your House Special Yakisoba!
