1. Prepare the Noodles

Cook the premium noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

2. Make the Broth

In a large pot, heat the chicken broth over medium heat. Add the kuro mushrooms and simmer for about 10 minutes.

3. Cook the Eggs

In a separate pot, boil water and gently add the eggs. Boil for 7 minutes for soft-boiled eggs. Remove and cool, then peel and set aside.
