Add flavor
Remove the kombu and shiitake mushrooms from the pot. Stir in soy sauce, miso paste, and adjust salt to taste. Keep the broth warm.

Cook the ramen noodles
In a separate pot, cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Prepare the toppings
In a pan, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Add cubed tofu and cook until golden brown. Chop green onions finely.
Assembling the Ramen

Assemble your bowl
In a serving bowl, place a portion of cooked ramen noodles. Ladle the warm broth over the noodles. Top with golden tofu, bean sprouts, chopped green onions, and a piece of nori. Sprinkle with black sesame seeds.
