Prepare Filling

Mix the Filling
In a bowl, combine ground pork, green onions, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until fully combined.
Assemble Gyoza

Fill the Wrappers
Take a gyoza wrapper and place about 1 tablespoon of the filling in the center. Moisten the edges with water, fold the wrapper in half, and pinch to seal. Repeat for all wrappers.

Pan-fry the Gyoza
Heat vegetable oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Arrange gyoza in the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes until the bottoms are golden brown. Add water to the skillet, cover, and steam for 5 minutes. Remove the lid and cook for an additional 2 minutes to crisp the bottoms.
