Coat the Crab Claws
Dip each crab claw into the wet mixture, then dredge in the dry coating mix until fully coated.

Heat the Oil
In a deep skillet or fryer, heat the oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).

Fry the Crab Claws
Carefully place the coated crab claws into the hot oil, frying in batches to avoid overcrowding. Fry for about 3-4 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.

Drain and Serve
Remove the crab claws from the oil and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
