Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Sauce

In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the flour and cook for about 1 minute to form a roux. Gradually whisk in the milk, continuing to stir until the mixture thickens.

  2. 2

    Add Cheese and Seasoning

Once the sauce has thickened, remove it from heat. Stir in the cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, black pepper, and paprika until the cheeses are melted and the mixture is smooth.

  3. 3

    Combine with Crabmeat

Gently fold the crabmeat into the cheese sauce, being careful not to break up the crab too much.

  4. 4

    Prepare for Baking

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Transfer the crab mixture into a greased baking dish. Sprinkle breadcrumbs evenly over the top.

  5. 5

    Bake

Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden brown and bubbly.

  6. 6

    Garnish and Serve

Remove from the oven and sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
