Making the Pie
- 1
Prepare the crust
In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Mix until crumbly. Press mixture evenly into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie pan. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 8-10 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool.

Make the filling
In a large mixing bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese and peanut butter until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- 3
Fold in whipped topping
Gently fold in the Cool Whip or whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture until fully incorporated.
- 4
Assemble the pie
Spread the peanut butter filling evenly into the cooled graham cracker crust. Smooth the top with a spatula.
- 5
Chill
Cover the pie with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
- 6

Before serving, drizzle with chocolate syrup if desired. Slice and enjoy!
