Prepare the Sub
Slice the 4-inch sub roll in half lengthwise.

Spread mayonnaise or mustard on one or both sides of the roll as desired.

Layer deli meats, cheese, lettuce, and tomato on the roll.

Close the sandwich and cut it in half if desired.

Prepare the Lunch Box
Place the prepared sandwich in a lunch box along with a serving of chips and a chocolate chunk cookie.
