Lobster & seafood salad with shredded lettuce on butter-toasted Italian white bread.

In a large bowl, combine the cooked lobster meat, mayonnaise, diced celery, chopped green onions, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly coated.

In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Place the slices of Italian white bread in the skillet and toast until golden brown on both sides.

Toast the Bread
