- 2
Add Green Chili Sauce
Pour the green chili sauce over the pork. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 1 hour until the pork is tender.
- 3
Prepare the Beans and Rice
While the pork is cooking, prepare the cooked rice and black beans. You can use canned beans or cook them from scratch.
- 4
Assemble the Burritos
Once the pork is cooked, warm the flour tortillas in a separate pan. On each tortilla, layer the rice, beans, pork mixture, and shredded cheddar cheese.
- 5
Roll the Burritos
Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it up tightly from the bottom. Place seam-side down on a plate.
- 6
Top with Toppings
Top each burrito with guacamole, diced tomatoes, diced onions, grated Parmesan cheese, and a drizzle of enchilada sauce.
- 7
Serve
Cut the burritos in half if desired and serve immediately with extra enchilada sauce on the side.
