Ingredients: 4 pieces Large flour tortillas; 2 cups Cooked chicken, shredded; 1 cup Ground beef; 1 cup Mexican chorizo; 2 cups Shredded beef (picadillo); 1 cup Refried beans; 1 cup Shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend); 1 cup Sour cream; 1 cup Salsa; 0.5 cups Fresh cilantro, chopped; 1 pieces Avocado, sliced; 1 pieces Lime wedges; to taste Salt; to taste Black pepper

Large flour tortilla filled with your choice of chicken, ground beef, Mexican chorizo or shredded beef “picadillo”.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, ground beef, chorizo, or shredded beef (picadillo) with refried beans. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Mix well.

Prepare the Filling

Lay a large flour tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spoon the filling mixture into the center of the tortilla, leaving enough space on the sides to fold it in. Top with shredded cheese, a dollop of sour cream, salsa, chopped cilantro, and avocado slices.

Assemble the Burrito

Fold the sides of the tortilla inward and then roll it from the bottom up to enclose the filling tightly. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.

Serve the burritos warm, garnished with lime wedges on the side.
