Prepare the Rice
In a medium pot, cook the rice according to package instructions. Typically, this involves rinsing the rice, adding it to boiling water, and cooking for about 15-20 minutes until tender. Once cooked, set aside.

Sauté the Chicken
In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced chicken breast, season with salt and black pepper, and sauté until cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Once done, remove from the skillet and set aside.

Cook the Steak
In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of olive oil. Add the sliced top sirloin steak and cook for about 3-4 minutes until browned. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

Serve
In a serving dish, place a bed of cooked rice. Spoon the sautéed mixture of shrimp, chicken, and steak over the rice. Drizzle the chile con queso sauce on top. Garnish with lime wedges.
