Tuna Marinade

Tostada Assembly

Spicy Mayo

Method

Prepare the Tuna Marinade

  1. 1

    Marinate the Tuna

In a medium bowl, combine diced ahi tuna, ponzu sauce, and sesame oil. Toss gently to coat the tuna evenly in the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

Prepare the Spicy Mayo

  1. 2

    Mix the Spicy Mayo

In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sriracha sauce, and lime juice until well combined. Adjust the spiciness to taste by adding more sriracha if desired.

Prepare the Tostadas

  1. 3

    Fry the Tortillas

In a skillet over medium heat, add a small amount of oil. Fry the corn tortillas one at a time until they are golden and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side. Drain on paper towels.

  2. 4

    Slice the Vegetables

While the tortillas are frying, thinly slice the cucumber, radishes, avocado, and Fresno pepper. Chop the green onions.

Assemble and Serve

  1. 5

    Build the Tostadas

On each crispy tortilla, layer a generous amount of marinated tuna, followed by slices of cucumber, radish, avocado, and pineapple. Top with sliced Fresno pepper, green onions, and a sprinkle of toasted sesame seeds.

  2. 6

    Drizzle with Spicy Mayo

Finish by drizzling the spicy mayo over the assembled tostadas. Serve immediately and enjoy!
