Method

Meats

  1. 1

    Cook the Bacon

In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon slices until crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Flip occasionally for even cooking.

  2. 2

    Cook the Sausage

In the same skillet, add the breakfast sausage links and cook until browned and cooked through, about 8-10 minutes. Ensure they reach an internal temperature of 160°F (70°C).

  3. 3

    Cook the Ham

If using ham, heat the ham slices in the skillet for about 2-3 minutes on each side until warmed through. You can do this while the sausage is cooking.

Eggs

  1. 4

    Prepare the Eggs

Crack the eggs into a bowl and beat them lightly. You can scramble, fry, or poach them according to your preference. For scrambled eggs, cook in a non-stick skillet over low heat, stirring gently until set.

Toast

  1. 5

    Toast the Bread

While the meats are cooking, toast the slices of bread in a toaster or on a skillet until golden brown.

Patatas Bravas

  1. 6

    Prepare the Potatoes

Peel the potatoes and cut them into small cubes, about 1 inch. Rinse and pat dry.

  2. 7

    Fry the Potatoes

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the cubed potatoes and fry them until golden brown and crispy, about 15-20 minutes. Stir occasionally.

  3. 8

    Season the Potatoes

Once the potatoes are crispy, add paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir well to coat the potatoes evenly and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
