Preparation Steps

1

Grill the Chicken and Steak

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Season the grilled chicken and certified Angus beef steak with salt and pepper. Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until fully cooked. Grill the steak for 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, or longer to your desired doneness. Let them rest for a few minutes before slicing.

2

Prepare the Vegetables

While the meat is grilling, steam the asparagus and broccoli until tender, about 4-5 minutes. Chop the green onions and set aside.

3

Make the Spicy Thai Peanut Sauce

In a small bowl, mix together 1/2 cup peanut butter, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 tablespoon lime juice, 1 tablespoon honey, 1 teaspoon sriracha, and 1 tablespoon water. Adjust the consistency with additional water if needed.

4

Assemble the Bowl

In a large bowl, combine the grilled chicken, steak, steamed asparagus, broccoli, and chopped green onions. Drizzle the spicy Thai peanut sauce over the top and sprinkle with peanuts. Toss gently to combine.
