1. Mix Dry Ingredients

In a large bowl, combine the whole grain whey protein powder, all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt. Whisk until well combined.

2. Combine Wet Ingredients

In another bowl, whisk together the milk, egg, and vanilla extract until smooth.

3. Combine Wet and Dry Mixtures

Pour the wet mixture into the dry mixture and stir until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.

4. Add Chocolate Chips

Gently fold in the dark chocolate chips until evenly distributed throughout the batter.

5. Cook the Pancakes

Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat. Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.

6. Prepare the Toppings

Slice bananas and chop walnuts for topping the pancakes.

7. Serve

Stack the pancakes on a plate, top with sliced bananas, chopped walnuts, and drizzle sugar-free chocolate protein sauce over the top.
