Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Marinade

In a small bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, fresh dill, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.

  2. 2

    Marinate the Salmon

Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.

  3. 3

    Prepare the Vegetables

While the salmon is marinating, wash and trim the asparagus. Slice the cherry tomatoes in half.

  4. 4

    Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

  5. 5

    Bake the Salmon

Place the marinated salmon on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Arrange the asparagus and cherry tomatoes around the salmon. Drizzle with balsamic glaze.

  6. 6

    Cook

Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

  7. 7

    Serve

Remove from the oven and serve immediately, garnished with additional fresh dill if desired.
