Mousse Duo Directions

Prepare the Gelatin
Soak the gelatin sheets in cold water for about 5 minutes until soft. Drain and set aside.

Make Milk Chocolate Mousse
Melt the milk chocolate in a heatproof bowl over simmering water. Once melted, add 1 tablespoon of heavy cream to the chocolate and mix until combined. Stir in the Grand Marnier. Allow to cool slightly.

Whip Cream for Milk Chocolate Mousse
In a separate bowl, whip 150 ml of heavy cream until soft peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cooled milk chocolate mixture. Add a pinch of powdered sugar to taste.

Set the Milk Chocolate Layer
Pour the milk chocolate mousse into serving glasses, filling them halfway. Chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to set.

Make White Chocolate Mousse
Melt the white chocolate in a heatproof bowl over simmering water. Add the gelatin sheets to the melted chocolate and stir until dissolved. Allow to cool slightly.

Whip Cream for White Chocolate Mousse
In another bowl, whip the remaining 150 ml of heavy cream until soft peaks form. Gently fold in the orange zest and the whipped cream into the white chocolate mixture. Add a pinch of powdered sugar to taste.

Serve
Garnish with additional orange zest or whipped cream if desired, and serve chilled.
