Method
Cooking Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Ribs
Preheat your oven to 225°F (107°C). Remove the membrane from the back of the baby back ribs. Pat the ribs dry with paper towels.
- 2
Season the Ribs
In a small bowl, mix together brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, salt, and cayenne pepper. Rub this mixture evenly over both sides of the ribs.
- 3
Prepare for Cooking
Place the ribs on a large baking sheet lined with aluminum foil. Pour apple cider vinegar and water into the pan under the ribs.
- 4
Cook the Ribs
Cover the ribs tightly with another piece of aluminum foil. Bake in the preheated oven for 6 hours.
- 5
Finish and Serve
Remove the ribs from the oven and carefully take off the foil. If you prefer a caramelized finish, you can brush additional brown sugar sauce over the ribs and place them under the broiler for 5-10 minutes.
