Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ingredients

Clean and slice the mushrooms. Beat the egg in a shallow bowl and set aside.

  2. 2

    Dredge the Veal

Season the veal cutlets with salt and black pepper. Dredge each cutlet in flour, then dip in the beaten egg, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.

  3. 3

    Cook the Veal

In a large skillet, heat olive oil and 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add the breaded veal cutlets and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Remove and keep warm.

  4. 4

    Sauté the Mushrooms

In the same skillet, add the remaining butter and sauté the sliced mushrooms until they are tender and browned, about 5-7 minutes.

  5. 5

    Combine and Serve

Layer Swiss cheese over the cooked veal cutlets and allow it to melt slightly. Top with the sautéed mushrooms and garnish with fresh parsley. Serve immediately.
