Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Pork Chops

Pat the pork chops dry with paper towels. Season generously on both sides with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

  2. 2

    Choose Your Cooking Method

Decide whether you want to fry, blacken, grill, or barbee-cue the pork chops.

  3. 3

    Frying Method

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the pork chops and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side, until golden brown and cooked through.

  4. 4

    Blackening Method

Preheat a cast-iron skillet until hot. Add a little olive oil, then place the seasoned pork chops in the skillet. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until blackened and cooked through.

  5. 5

    Grilling Method

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Grill the pork chops for about 4-5 minutes on each side until nicely charred and internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).

  6. 6

    Barbee-Cue Method

Preheat your barbecue grill. Brush the pork chops with olive oil and grill for about 6-8 minutes on each side, basting with your favorite barbecue sauce for the last few minutes.

  7. 7

    Serve

Once cooked, remove the pork chops from heat and let them rest for a few minutes. Drizzle with lemon juice before serving. Enjoy!
