Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet. Bake at 425°F (220°C) for 12-15 minutes until golden.

In another bowl, whisk together the egg, milk, and melted butter.

Mix the wet and dry ingredients until just combined. Pour into a greased baking dish and bake at 400°F (200°C) for 20-25 minutes.
