Prepare the Pork Chops
Season the pork chops with salt and black pepper on both sides.

Sear the Chops
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the pork chops and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side until they are golden brown and cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.

Make the Gravy
In the same skillet, reduce the heat to medium and add the butter. Once melted, stir in the minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant. Sprinkle in the flour and whisk until combined. Gradually add the chicken broth while whisking to prevent lumps. Let simmer for 3-4 minutes until slightly thickened.

Add Cream
Stir in the heavy cream and let the sauce simmer for another 2-3 minutes until it reaches the desired consistency. Season with additional salt and pepper to taste.
