Prepare the Steak
In a shallow bowl, mix buttermilk, eggs, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper. Soak the beef cube steaks in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.

Dredge the Steak
In another shallow dish, add the all-purpose flour. Remove the steaks from the buttermilk mixture and dredge each steak in the flour, ensuring they are well coated.

Fry the Steak
In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Fry the steaks for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until they are golden brown and cooked through. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Assemble the Samwich
Spread mayonnaise on the inside of each hamburger bun. Place a piece of fried steak on the bottom bun, top with lettuce and tomato slices, and drizzle with hot sauce. Close the bun with the top half.
