Fry the Steak
In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the breaded steak pieces and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from skillet and place on paper towels to drain excess oil.

Make the Gravy
In the same skillet, reduce the heat to medium. Add 4 tablespoons of flour to the remaining oil in the skillet, whisking constantly for about 1-2 minutes until the flour is golden brown. Gradually whisk in the milk, stirring until the gravy thickens. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Serve
Serve the fried steak hot with the creamy gravy poured over the top. Enjoy!
