Prepare the Steak
In a shallow bowl, mix flour, salt, pepper, and paprika. In another bowl, beat eggs with milk. Dip each cube steak in the egg mixture, then dredge in the flour mixture.

Fry the Steak
Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Fry the breaded cube steaks for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Cook the Fries
While the steaks are frying, cook the frozen french fries according to package instructions until crispy.

Make the Gravy
In the same skillet used for the steaks, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in 1 tablespoon of flour and cook for 1 minute. Gradually whisk in beef broth, stirring constantly until thickened. Season with black pepper.

Prepare the Biscuits
In a bowl, combine biscuit mix and milk. Mix until a dough forms. Drop spoonfuls onto a baking sheet and bake according to package instructions.

Serve the fried steak topped with gravy, alongside fries and warm biscuits.
