Chicken Tenders
Method
Cooking Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Breading Station
Set up three shallow dishes: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs mixed with the spices (salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika).
- 2
Coat the Chicken
Dip each chicken tender first into the flour, shaking off excess, then into the egg, and finally into the breadcrumb mixture, ensuring they are fully coated.
- 3
Heat the Oil
In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat until hot (around 350°F or 175°C).
- 4
Fry the Chicken Tenders
Carefully place the coated chicken tenders into the hot oil. Fry for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until they are golden brown and cooked through.
- 5
Drain and Serve
Remove the chicken tenders from the oil and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil. Serve with fries and biscuits.
