Prepare the Onions
Slice the large onion into thin rings. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a pan over medium heat and add the onions. Sauté until they are golden brown, about 8-10 minutes. Remove from pan and set aside.

Cook the Ground Chuck Steak
In the same pan, add the remaining tablespoon of olive oil. Form the ground chuck into a patty and season with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until the desired doneness is reached. Remove the steak and let it rest.

Make the Gravy
In the same pan, add the flour and stir for about 1 minute to create a roux. Gradually whisk in the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce. Cook until the gravy thickens, about 3-5 minutes. Season with additional salt and pepper, if needed.
