Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Chicken

Rinse the boneless chicken breasts under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.

  2. 2

    Season the Chicken

In a small bowl, mix together the paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. Rub the spice mixture all over the chicken breasts.

  3. 3

    Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Brush the grill grates with a little olive oil to prevent sticking.

  4. 4

    Grill the Chicken

Place the seasoned chicken breasts on the grill. Cook for about 6-8 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).

  5. 5

    Serve

Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes. Serve it nekked, blackened, or dressed up with barbecue sauce as desired.
