Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Chicken

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Rinse the chicken pieces under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.

  2. 2

    Season the Chicken

In a large bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Add the chicken pieces and toss until they are well coated.

  3. 3

    Bake the Chicken

Place the chicken pieces on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for about 35-40 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) and the skin is golden brown.

  4. 4

    Prepare the Vegetables

While the chicken is baking, steam or sauté the mixed vegetables until tender. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  5. 5

    Serve

Once the chicken is cooked and the vegetables are ready, serve them together on a large platter. Enjoy your picnic!
