Method

Preparing the Salad Base

  1. 1

    Wash and Prepare Greens

In a large bowl, wash the mixed greens thoroughly under cold water. Drain and dry the greens using a salad spinner or by patting them dry with paper towels.

  2. 2

    Chop Vegetables

Chop the cherry tomatoes in half, slice the cucumber into rounds, thinly slice the red onion, and dice the bell pepper into bite-sized pieces.

  3. 3

    Combine Salad Ingredients

In the large bowl with the mixed greens, add the prepared cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and bell pepper. Toss gently to combine.

Adding Meat

  1. 4

    Choose Your Meat

Select one of the meat options: Brisket, Pork, Chicken, Ribs, Pastrami, or Pig Candy. If you prefer no meat, skip this step.

  2. 5

    Add Meat to Salad

Dice the chosen meat into bite-sized pieces and sprinkle it over the salad. If no meat is chosen, proceed to the dressing.

Dressing the Salad

  1. 6

    Select Dressing

Choose one of the dressing options: Ranch, Bleu Cheese, Italian, Caesar, or opt for no dressing.

  2. 7

    Add Dressing

Drizzle the selected dressing over the salad and toss gently to coat all ingredients evenly. If no dressing is chosen, serve the salad as is.
